Diversity is a journey not a destination. It is not a black or white issue or a gender issue. It is a change in mindset, a focus adding different perspectives, different ideas and creative solutions to the work environment. Diversity encompasses cultivating an environment that offers different viewpoints, different life experiences, and different professional knowledge.
Diversity is about making your network larger, expanding communication and enhancing your overall life experiences. Any diversity program should add expertise, perspectives, and talents to the chapter and should include everyone in the fraternity.
