Culture Marketing

Culture Marketing – Recruitment Strategies for Your Chapter

The culture of your organization and chapter is your most important product that your chapter has to sell when striving to recruit new brothers. Why would someone want to join your organization? Why would a business student want to learn more about your organization? Understanding and selling your unique culture is a critical aspect of attracting the right people to your chapter.

Culture is defined as the values and practices shared by the members of the group. Organizational culture, therefore, is the shared values and practices of the brothers within the chapter.

In this interactive session, we will explore:

  • Understanding the unique attributes that make your organization a great place to be and packaging them in an intriguing and appealing message.
  • Developing marketing campaigns to attract new brothers.
  • Cultivating a culture that will maintain participation, motivation and longevity.
